MAKE A MOVIE with Sidney Brammer



Award-winning writer-director-producer Sidney Brammer (“Borderlands) will offer a MAKE A MOVIE special in December. And it's free. Here’s the deal:





On December 2 we’ll have a preproduction meeting, where we'll plan exactly how we're going to shoot YOU SAY, the 8-page script that won Upstart's 2006 short script contest. You can learn a lot about moviemaking by attending.



On December 9 and 16, we’ll shoot YOU SAY and you can be part of the production.



This will enable you to LEARN BY DOING and apply everything you learn—from beginning to end—to your next film project. Why go to NYU or UCLA when you can get what you need right here at Upstart in Bastrop? This will be a small, hands-on course where you’ll get invaluable experience. And, of course, those who assist in the production will get their name in the credits of YOU SAY.
