1. We can tape and edit your event, broadcast it on Bastrop Community Access TV, and give you a dvd of it for $300. If you're a nonprofit, we can do public service announcements (PSA) for that you can send to other stations, show at fundraising events, and see on BCAT. We can put a PSA together with still photographs for as little as $75 if you write down what you want to say and give us a disk with up to 10 usable photos. We provide one dvd with any Upstart production. Extra dvds will be $5 per copy.
2. We also do more elaborate productions, writing the script, hiring the actors, directing, producing, filming, editing and doing post-production sound and music. "Bastrop: The First 175 Years" was done for under $25,000 including re-creation of historically accurate period events.
After July 15, 2007 Upstart will consult with a limited number of municipalities about their tourism videos. Scripting, Production, and Post Production services are also available. For more complete information call:

5. We bring in photographers and artists of greater than local renown, like 40-year Washington Post veteran Margaret Thomas, with her haunting black-and-white photos of a Cajun Mardis Gras.
