Upstart Workshop -- "Learn Windows Movie Maker" 
 
For beginners. Edit video on your PC with Windows Movie 
Maker. Windows Movie Maker is the free video making 
software included with Windows XP. Class will cover 
importing, capturing, editing, then finishing your project 
to tape, VCD, web video, and yes - even DVD. 
 
Learn how to make videos for home and family OR join 
BCAT-TV for as little as $60 per year to get your videos 
broadcast on BCAT-TV! Learn more about becoming a BCAT-TV 
producer for as little as $60 per year

how to make Public Service Announcements and get them 
rotated on BCAT-TV. BCAT-TV video submission requirements 
will also be covered.
