"Prank Call" takes top honors in Sequin Festival

Upstart is pleased to announce that PRANK CALL, the
romantic comedy directed by Michael Waxman, took top honors
(The Golden Pecan Award) at the Seguin Film Festival last
weekend. Some 39 movies were entered in
the competition. PRANK CALL was shot in Bastrop, the short
film capitol of Texas, and starred Rebecca Petro, Deneen
Frazier and Paul Standefer.
